2016 Texas BEST

Overview.

The 2016 Texas BEST competition is from Thursday 12/8/2016 through Saturday 12/10/2016. We need as many students and parents there cheering us on and competing in the robot, Booth, Presentation and BEST awards.

Dress code for Days

Thursday: Students please wear blue jeans and this years BEST Tee-shirt, Presentation teams and Booth dress professionally (bring a change of clothing for pictures).

Friday: Students please wear blue jeans and this years BEST Tee-shirt Presentation teams and Booth dress professionally

Saturday: Students please wear blue jeans and this years BEST Tee-shirt

Normal meeting ( getting everything ready

Thursday:

8:00a Be at Pearce Loading Dock to leave (please have your BEST T Shirt and have already eaten)

8:30a Arrive at Dr Pepper arena for checkin

9:00a Set up Booth and Pits

10:00a Robot practice rounds start (we will receive our times at check in)

11:00a Booth Interviews and Presentation start (we will receive our times at check in)

11:00a Team Pictures begin (we will receive our times at check in)

12:00 Lunch

5:00p Pits close Head back to Pearce

6:00p Be back at pearce

Friday

8:00a Be at Pearce Loading Dock to leave (please have your BEST T Shirt and have already eaten)

8:30a Arrive at Dr Pepper arena

8:30a Drivers and Coaches Meeting

9:00 Seeding Rounds Start

12:00n Break for lunch

1:00p Seeding Rounds continue

5:00p Seeding Rounds over
