Use this guide for creating quick designs in our laser cutter.

most of what you will find are hole and slot sizes for various common hardware.

Design Guidelines

The goal of only using Corel Draw or Adobe Illustrator to use the laser cutter is to quickly get something build for testing. as such your design should have lots of configurations and variations.

    1. Use the circle and line tools to lay out your cuts
    2. you want to ensure your edges touch or the design wont be a valid Vector part and wont cut correctly
    3. off the edges of your page you can place circles representing the basic sizes for clearance holes and copy and paste them in to the main page.
    4. save your document as you may need to quickly make a new one.
