Adding Thread Inserts

if your part has been designed for threaded inserts.

    1. Find the threaded insert size you need
    2. Put a flat tip on a soldering iron
    3. Turn on the soldering iron to 500F
    4. Place the threaded insert on the insert hole.
    5. Apply light pressure to the insert with the tip of the soldering iron until the insert melts in
    6. Adjust as needed
